Role OverviewThis position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Assisting the supervisor in the day to day operations at the hatchery, performing tasks such as pulling hatcher baskets, sweeping out hatchers, and cleaning and disinfecting the hatchers and drains.

Requirements
- Must be willing to perform all the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Have the ability to learn and/or understand machines.
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours, bend, squat, push, pull and lift approx. 10 lbs repetitiously.
- Must be able to work in dusty environment with high allergens such as chick down.
- Work in warm/humid environment.
- Wear PPE's and follow all safety policies and procedures.
