Role OverviewThe Folder Gluer Operator is responsible for setting up orders, maintenance, and clean up, efficiently producing products of acceptable quality according to customer specifications. The role involves working in a collaborative team environment, producing sustainable and eco-friendly products, and participating in continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
The operator will review stock, adjust adhesive, follow set up and quality checks, perform preventative maintenance, and check the quality of work being produced. They will also be responsible for proper documentation, maintaining a clean and safe production area, and assisting in training new employees.
