Role OverviewThe position is for a Quality Assurance Tech Lead to monitor and evaluate quality levels of product, areas, and people. The role requires excellent customer service skills and experience working in Quality Assurance. The lead will work closely with management to achieve production objectives.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include monitoring quality levels, ensuring safety guidelines are followed, and performing various duties as needed or assigned. The lead will also lead a group of employees through job tasks and fill in supervisor absence.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally
- Excellent customer service skills
- Production experience preferred in a food processing facility
- High School degree or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field preferred
- Experience working in Quality Assurance
- Computer Skills
- Good attendance record (Less than 3 points, for internal candidates)
