Job Description
The 1st Shift NSIS/QA Supervisor will oversee quality and food safety aspects of production, coordinate and supervise pre-operation examination, plan weekly rotation of the NSIS techs, and resolve problems and issues with products and employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
  • NSIS and QA knowledge
  • Experience in supervising people
  • Knowledge of multiple languages
  • Computer and organizational skills
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions
  • Supervisory and interpersonal skills; ability to handle conflict
