Role OverviewThe 1st Shift Production Loin Boning Trainer will be responsible for training and motivating new employees, conducting work hardening programs, and teaching knife sharpening classes. The role requires a good safety record, good attendance, and superior knife sharpening skills.
What You Will Do
The trainer will conduct training classes, complete reports, and assist with occupational health and hospital translation. The role also involves teaching annual retraining classes and performing other duties as assigned.
