Job Description
Simon & Schuster is seeking a 1st Shift Voice Picker for the Split Case department who will be responsible for various tasks, including picking orders using voice picking equipment, scanning labels, and performing replenishments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Ability to understand and read shipping labels
  • Ability to understand and follow simple commands
  • Able to meet daily LM quota for picking
  • Attention to detail
  • Good listening and math skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
  • Careful attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day
  • Able to follow all safety policies and procedures
