Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Facility Planner to support U.S. Navy facilities and infrastructure projects based at the Government facilities onboard NSA Naples, Italy. You will develop and maintain facility planning documents, master plans, and project packages while collaborating with stakeholders to support infrastructure planning, project development, and long-term facilities management.
What You Will Do
Prepare regional and installation planning studies, develop and update planning documents, prepare and maintain facility planning documents, and provide planning support and technical consultations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Community Planning, or a related discipline
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Navy Shore Facility Planning System (SFPS)
- Knowledge of Navy e-systems, including iNFADS, PAX, ieFACMAN, or similar
- Valid US driver's license
