Role OverviewThis position is a dynamic Safety Intern role that will assist with various tasks, including job hazard and risk assessment, developing electronic forms and tracking systems, and reinforcing a behavior-based safety culture. The intern will be part of the Plant Human Resources Team in Denton, Texas, and will work within a 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM schedule. The position will be through December 2026.
What You Will Do
Assist with job hazard and risk assessment, develop electronic forms and tracking systems, assist with benchmarking and gap analysis, develop new training curriculum, and participate in JHAs, risk assessments, and safe work planning initiatives.
