Job Description
KIPP NYC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the successful and efficient running of their schools. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects, supervising a team, and overseeing finances. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining operational systems, managing student recruitment, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience managing a small team and multiple complex projects
  • Demonstrated passion for and commitment to the KIPP mission
  • School-based experience strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
