Requirements

  • Manage, coach, and correct employees
  • Assist in interviewing, selection, training, and retention of employees
  • Produce weekly schedules according to budget and forecasted numbers
  • Responsible for the financial success of the operation
  • Conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment
  • Manage inventory and purchases food and supplies
  • Communicate with General Manager regarding inventory, ordering, and menu details
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience
