Job Description
The Assistant Principal of Culture will oversee the development of a safe and inclusive learning environment and a culture of joy across all spaces of our school community.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or completion of equivalent leadership program
  • At least three years of experience leading, managing, and coaching a team of at least 5 or more adults, including leaders, that demonstrates the ability to drive results through others.
  • Experience leading adults in a school environment
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills, including working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and with diverse perspectives
  • Strong organizational, self-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle many responsibilities simultaneously
