Job Description
Propel seeks a Primary Teacher (K-3) for the 2026-2027 school year with a competitive salary range of $50,485- $101,454. The teacher will be responsible for developing and teaching curriculum, managing classroom procedures, and assessing student learning. Requirements

  • Valid PA certification in corresponding content area that is being taught
  • Strong instructional and classroom management skills
  • High level of personal organization and planning

  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
  • Ability to utilize data to differentiate instruction
