Job Description
The School Operations Manager is responsible for managing and executing smooth daily operations of the school, ensuring core daily systems are effectively executed, student enrollment targets are met and maintained, facilities and technology systems are in good working order, daily student health and safety protocols are adhered to, and daily events logistics are executed as planned.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Thrives in fast-paced, high-achieving, team-oriented, and mission-driven environments
Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks with precision
Quick learner, critical thinker, and open to feedback
Proactively manages multiple critical deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and responsibilities
Demonstrates resilience, flexibility, and innovation when necessary
Takes ownership of impact on self and others, adjusts accordingly, and embraces growth opportunities
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and school operations systems; computer literate
Outstanding written and oral communication skills; effectively communicates with diverse backgrounds
Excellent at prioritization, with high attention to detail
Proactive, and able to manage high responsibility levels
Demonstrated passion for and commitment to the KIPP mission with school based experience strongly preferred
