Job Description
Textron Systems is seeking an Associate Communications Strategist to support employee-facing corporate communications activities, reporting to the Communications Manager. The role will play a key part in communicating key projects and strategies to employee audiences across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Exemplary writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Experience with employee communications, social media, content development and public relations
  • Strong detail orientation, project planning and execution skills
  • Action-oriented self-starter
  • Ability to engage with colleagues across the business, from our shop floors to our executive team, with confidence and competence
  • Resourceful problem solver
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
