Job Description
TxDOT's Austin District is seeking Environmental Interns for the Summer of 2026. The position will provide experience in surveys for protected species, habitat evaluations, geological surveys, wetland surveys, public involvement, community impacts, and NEPA documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years old
  • Be a U.S. Citizen or be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Be currently enrolled as a student at a high school, technical school, college or university
