Job Description
The Simply Set team has an exciting opportunity for a Garden Center Merchandiser with a passion for plants and gardening to work outdoors. The ideal candidate will have plant knowledge, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to following management direction.

Requirements

  • Display, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments.
  • Train and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices.
  • Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed.
  • Work across multiple store locations when required.
  • Collaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Team Lead and promptly report any special requests or needs.
  • Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Saturday work is required as part of the role. During peak season, employees may also be required to work holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Smartphone required.
