The Simply Set team has an exciting opportunity for a Garden Center Merchandiser. The ideal candidate will have plant knowledge and hands-on experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Display, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments.
  • Train and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices.
  • Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed.
  • Work across multiple store locations when required.
  • Collaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Team Lead and promptly report any special requests or needs.
