Job Description
Holland America is offering a 10-week paid internship program from June 15th to August 21st, 2026, focused on exposure to professional careers in the leisure travel industry. Interns will work in departmental projects and participate in professional development, researching and analyzing data to identify key competitors, product performance, and areas for improvement. This internship program is a great opportunity to gain experience, develop skills, and learn about the industry.
Requirements
Experienced completing market research and compiling competitive data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and MS Teams.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, power query, data validation and indexmatch).
Ability to work independently and in a group environment with strong communication skills.
Strong prioritization and efficiency skills.
Well organized and able to communicate effectively.
