Job Description
Red Ventures is looking for an Associate Software Engineer Intern for its Launch Program. The role involves driving growth and development of customer-facing websites, social API integrations, and proprietary digital marketing technologies. The internship is a 10-week summer program with a goal of getting a full-time return offer for the following summer.

Requirements

  • Graduating Summer 2027 with a relevant undergraduate degree
  • Internship start date in our June 2026 cohort
  • Recent, hands-on experience in software design and backend coding
  • Previous experience with automated build and unit-testing platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
  • Strong grit and learning mentality
  • Ability to architect and develop web-based applications and components
  • Experience with top web languages
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Scrappy, tenacious, and self-motivated
