Job Description
Provides direct supervision of a group of children in a seasonal day camp and promotes the potential of all youth in programs while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
Maintain safety of children at all times while supervising program participants and ensuring daily cleaning and maintenance of facility.
Assists in implementing age-appropriate techniques relative to the behavior management of children.
Plans and implements program activities that are culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate and consistent with YMCA values.
