Job Description
As the Summer Advantage Teacher Assistant, you are responsible for serving as a mentor to our scholars, building a strong rapport with them and supporting their success throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Ability to work the entirety of the program (including attending training prior to program start)
  • Experience working with youth
  • Associate degree or some college preferred
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to implementing the SA program model with fidelity
