USA TODAY Co. is seeking a creative, curious, and platform-native storyteller to join their team as a Video Content Intern. This role involves creating, producing, and publishing short-form video content across multiple social platforms, supporting key editorial and audience initiatives.

Requirements

  • Pitch, shoot, edit, and publish native video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
  • Bring a creator/influencer mindset to newsroom storytelling, helping to reach new and younger audiences
  • Collaborate with reporters and editors across the country to translate their work into engaging, platform-specific video
  • Monitor performance and iterate based on data, trends, and audience behavior
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
