Role OverviewPrudential's Actuarial Internship Program (AIP) is a 10-week summer internship for students enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program, graduating between December 2027 and May 2029. Interns work on impactful projects in disciplines such as Assumptions, Modeling, Pricing and Product Development, Projections, and Valuation. The program is focused on developing technical and professional skills while collaborating alongside leaders in the actuarial community.
What You Will Do
Interns will be empowered to contribute meaningfully, add new value to organizational initiatives, and effect change. They will work on projects within traditional actuarial areas and also have exposure to finance, investment, asset management, and marketing. The internship offers opportunities to return as an intern or transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.

This role is ideal for candidates who are results-driven, passionate about working with data, and deeply technical and innovative. Preferred qualifications include a major in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related math-focused field, a GPA of 3.2 or above, and passage of one or more Society of Actuaries exams. The position does not provide visa sponsorship.
