As a LAUNCH Associate, you will contribute to high-impact transformation initiatives across one of four enterprise transformation pillars: Specialties Business Transformation, Energy Storage Business Transformation, Enterprise Operating Model Transformation, and Enablement.
What You Will Do
Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives with measurable business impact, collaborate across functions to solve complex challenges, analyze data and insights to inform decisions, and develop and apply the LAUNCH Leadership Toolkit.

This role requires strong communication skills, analytical skills, and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, or other analytical technologies. Current or previous internship, co-op, manufacturing, or transformation-related experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, AI, or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insights, recommendations, and visualizations
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, or other analytical technologies preferred
- Current or previous internship, co-op, manufacturing, or transformation-related experience preferred
