Role OverviewThe 2027 Spring/Summer Construction Intern will work with the construction team, learning about project management, bidding, and building heavy construction projects. The intern will also work with asphalt plant operations, construction crews, and equipment and shops.
What You Will Do
The intern will assist with project management, learn how to find and bid on projects, work with estimators, and assist with general maintenance of the plant. The intern will also spend time working with construction crews, learning about construction equipment, and working with foremen.

Requirements
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or Operations Management
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
