Role OverviewThe Global Operations & Business Services Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program designed to identify and develop top talent. As a Summer Analyst, you will be immersed within the functional areas of Global Operations and Business Services by integrating with respective teams at TD, one of the world's leading global financial institutions.
What You Will Do
You will gain valuable experience by learning key functions of a team, assist in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and support process improvement initiatives. You will act as a specialist, assist in leading unique and innovative projects, and collaborate with management to evaluate key problems. You will also engage with other teams through job shadowing and attending speaker series events.

Requirements
- Pursuing a 4-year university or college degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Preferred major(s) in business or STEM related discipline
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, partner effectively, and work in a dynamic and agile environment
- Well-organized, proactive and can prioritize among multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Positive attitude with a mindset to contributing to optimal customer and colleague experience
- Small tech (Python, Alteryx, UiPath, etc.) capabilities and/or aptitude an asset
