Role OverviewThe Real Estate Capital Internship Program is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work, feedback, and coaching, and creates engaging events and conversations. Interns are involved in line of business specific projects that directly impact and benefit Key's business and strategic pillars.
What You Will Do
Researching economic conditions and market trends, developing strategic contact databases, neighborhood and industry research, field research, and completing a Capstone Project.

Requirements
- Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in finance, real estate or a related field.
- Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.3 GPA).
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities.
