Role OverviewPrudential and PGIM offer a 2027 Technology Internship Program with placements in Newark, NJ or Tampa, FL (Hybrid). Interns join either the Prudential GT&O Internship Program or the PGIM Technology Internship Program, working on projects that solve business challenges, improve experiences, and drive innovation across retirement, insurance, wealth, and asset management.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with business and technology teams to support products, projects, and strategic initiatives. Analyze information, identify trends, and help solve business challenges using data and technology. Support the design, development, testing, or enhancement of applications, systems, or platforms. Contribute to automation, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029. The program offers exposure to technology pathways including Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, Product/Business Analysis, and Cybersecurity. The hourly rate is $33.00-$40.00, and the role does not provide visa sponsorship.
