Role OverviewAs a Phillips 66 IT University New Hire, you will undergo an integrated program called Experience 66, which provides a solid foundation to jumpstart your career. IT is a valued business partner, driving digital transformation through new technologies and delivery processes. You will gain knowledge of the Commercial, Midstream, Refining, Marketing, and Lubricants businesses and develop new skills with learning opportunities.
What You Will Do
Partner with the business to develop innovative solutions, gain first-hand experience in the energy industry, and grow your knowledge of the IT organization. Your job assignment will be made prior to beginning the program and may fall into one of the following roles: Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Data Analytics & Engineering, Digital Business Partner, or Cyber Security.

We are looking for candidates who are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics & Statistics, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent field of study. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
Requirements

- Graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (preferred)
