Role OverviewPrudential's U.S. businesses provide financial advice and develop, distribute, and service income and protection solutions. This 10-week internship program within U.S. Businesses is designed to enhance business knowledge, strengthen professional capabilities, and provide opportunities to demonstrate skills and talents. The internship is a feeder into the U.S. Businesses Leadership Development Program, a full-time rotational program.
What You Will Do
Interns will be placed on one U.S. Businesses team for the summer, working in areas such as Strategy, Product & Business Transformation, Analytics & Business Insights, Project & Program Management, or Operations & Business Support. Responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives, using data to drive business decisions, coordinating cross-functional projects, and contributing to operational excellence.
