Job Description
The 24/7 Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing clinical operation of designated Advocacy 24/7 shift, which may include human resources, customer service, and information technology functions. This role requires internet upload and download speeds of at least 80Mbps and is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Associates degree, national certification or equivalent in nursing
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business, health care, nursing, or other degrees related to a managed care organization is preferred
  • Technical knowledge of the laws, policies, and procedures in defined territory is preferred
  • Demonstrated past experience in supervision is a plus
  • National certification including CRC, CIRS, CCRN, CVE, CCM, etc. is an asset
