Requirements

  • review insurance policies and provide written opinions to the Claims Department on complex insurance coverage matters
  • litigate cases to a successful conclusion
  • hold an Ohio law license
  • have strong academic and professional credentials
  • have 3+ years of experience providing formal written coverage opinions related to claims on commercial general liability insurance policies
  • have experience as a trial attorney litigating coverage issues
  • have excellent interpersonal skills
