Requirements

  • Communicate with policyholders to request information for underwriting and agency file
  • Process activities generated in EPIC (Agency Management System) to maintain accurate account information
  • Monitor emails received in the Care Center, certificates, and Bond Outlook mailboxes
  • Perform download process for Personal Lines and Bond transactions
  • Gather information from policyholders for endorsements, updates agency system, and submits to underwriting team for processing
  • Print audit letters and mail to policyholder on behalf of the agency
  • Follow up on behalf of Account Manager on Loss Control recommendations
  • Manage cancellation activity, including securing a signed LPR from the policyholder prior to submitting to underwriting team
  • Issue Bond policies and certificates of Insurance
