Requirements

  • 5+ years of civil litigation experience and insurance defense experience preferred
  • good follow up practices with attention to detail
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • excellent typing and work processing skills
  • excellent language and vocabulary skills
  • experience with Microsoft products
  • familiarity with local courts
  • ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • ability to work well with a team and independently
  • ability to handle a large volume and variety of work
  • maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
  • maintain strict confidentiality with respect to information learned as a result of involvement with litigation processes
