Job Description
The School District of Philadelphia seeks a 26-27 SY Teacher to teach 7-8 Social Studies in a full-time position at Feltonville School of Arts and Sciences. The teacher will plan and teach the subject area, provide instruction, and use real-life applications and simulations to instruct students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in respective grade level, and endorsements in respective subject area
  • Meet requirements to obtain an emergency permit and ability to consistently meet emergency permit requirements until instructional certification can be issued
