Job Description
The School District of Philadelphia is seeking a full-time teacher to instruct PreK-4 students in an elementary school setting. The teacher will plan and teach subject areas, provide instruction, and assess student progress. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and a valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in the respective grade level and subject area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in respective grade level, and endorsements in respective subject area
Ability to obtain an emergency permit and consistently meet emergency permit requirements until instructional certification can be issued
Benefits
Salary from $55,771 to $97,852, depending on level of education and years of experience
