Job Description
Teach science to 7-8 grade students in the School District of Philadelphia, following the scope and sequence for all courses, and provide instruction to students in a variety of planned courses. Requires a bachelor's degree and valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in respective grade level and subject area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in respective grade level, and endorsements in respective subject area
Meet requirements to obtain an emergency permit and ability to consistently meet emergency permit requirements until instructional certification can be issued
