Requirements

• Process new business, renewals, and post-bind transactions in our policy administration system and broker management system
• Assist underwriters through all phases of the account from initial data collection to ongoing service and account maintenance
• Provide backup support to underwriters and other underwriting assistants
• Deliver timely customer service to our agency partners
• Order and screen miscellaneous reports as needed in the underwriting process
• Support with state compliance as needed
• Complete other clerical tasks as needed in support of the underwriter
