Requirements

  • Process new business, renewals, and post bind transactions in policy administration and broker management systems
  • Assist underwriters through all phases of the account
  • Provide backup support to underwriters and other underwriting assistants
  • Deliver timely customer service to agency partners
  • Order and screen miscellaneous reports as needed
  • Support with state compliance as needed
  • Complete other clerical tasks as needed
