Job Description
Join Cincinnati Insurance Companies as a Sales - Agency Contract Specialist I and support all aspects of agency contracts, reviewing, analyzing, and processing new agreements and contract changes. The role involves learning and demonstrating understanding of agency contract processes and requirements, agency hierarchies, and relevant internal and external systems and applications.

Requirements

  • Learn and demonstrate understanding of agency contract processes and requirements
  • Learn and demonstrate understanding of agency hierarchies
  • Become familiar with relevant internal and external systems and applications
  • Develop a general understanding of agency agreements
  • Communicate effectively with agents, agency staff, and field representatives
  • Process new agency contracts and schedule new agency appointment visits
  • Analyze contracts, including closings, to ensure compliance with regulatory and state requirements
  • Manage agency data using ACMS and Workbench
