Job Description
The 2nd Assistant Superintendent is responsible for safely applying chemical and fertilizer sprays to the golf course, ensuring security, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment and safety features. They will also oversee course setup, assist with team work scheduling and training, and complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 2–4-year Turf Management degree preferred
  • State pesticide applicator's license within 90 days of employment
  • Ability to complete all types of work orders generated for Maintenance
  • Knowledge and ability to safely apply fertilizer and chemical applications
  • Ability to perform maintenance and general repair
  • Knowledge and ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
