Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to all repair calls from guests and other departments with priority procedures, performing preventative maintenance, and repairing and maintaining all utilities efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2nd Class AC and Boiler license with the city of New Orleans
- 4+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
