What You Will Do
Direct and oversee all shift production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Monitor daily production metrics and take immediate corrective action when performance deviates from plan.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of production or operations experience.
