Seakeeper is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembly Lead to lead the team that creates gravity-defying products. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in mechanical assembly and strong team-building and people management skills. The role involves ensuring products meet quality demands and standards, consulting with the Quality Control department, and notifying leadership of potential problems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience training and mentoring mechanical assemblers
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all departments
  • Self-motivated with minimal direction required for day-to-day operations
  • Obsessed with continuous improvement and not afraid to try new things
  • Experience in a high-growth environment
