Job Description
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Assembly Lead to lead our team in creating gravity-defying products. As the first point of contact for questions and troubleshooting, you will ensure all products are crafted with the utmost quality. You will establish schedules, complete reports, and assure manufacturing and quality control programs are followed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience training and mentoring mechanical assemblers
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills
