Role OverviewThe Automotive Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily service department workflow, coordinating service orders, and providing leadership to team members to ensure efficient operations, timely completion of work.
What You Will Do
Open and close service repair orders, data entry for warranty claims, maintain data in web-based systems, provide leadership and support to service department personnel, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
