Role OverviewMonitor animals moving along the Bleed chain, ensuring humane handling and proper transportation. Work in a team environment to maintain animal welfare and implement the Systematic Approach. Perform various duties as determined by the Livestock Handling Manager.
What You Will Do
Audit and document animal movement, verify humane handling SOPs, assist with difficult hogs, and monitor equipment and seasonal preparation. Maintain good communication with USDA/FSIS and provide feedback to producers.
