Job Description
Milwaukee Valve Company is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team in Prairie Du Sac, WI. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating CNC programs, performing program compare, maintaining documents, conducting tool tests, and recommending tools and fixtures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical school or Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels with proper etiquette
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety policies and rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding and thoroughly carry out instructions given in oral, written or diagram form
  • Cost / profit consciousness and determining profitable outcome
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing demands
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems before they arise and ensure all documentation is complete and correct
