Role OverviewThe Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individual to join our fast-paced team! The PM Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff is in compliance with company procedures and providing the highest quality service and products with maximum operating results.
What You Will Do
Supervision of staff, training, discipline, scheduling, and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide exceptional internal and external guest satisfaction.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must currently hold a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a clean driving record, and be able to obtain the Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course, an up to date Operator's License for the Village of Lake Delton, and be certified in food safety within 90 days of hire.
Requirements
