Role OverviewThe Frame Mill Supervisor leads frontline associates, supports and implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials, and working conditions. The Supervisor drives safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements using continuous improvement tools while developing employees through coaching, mentoring, and training to build a high-performing manufacturing team.
What You Will Do
Plan, direct, and assign work activities in the frame mill manufacturing department to meet production targets. Coordinate with other supervision to ensure all operational activities are integrated as a cohesive whole across shifts and departments.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment
- Experience with manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes
- Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday – Thursday, 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Physical ability to walk production floors, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
